Secondly, we performed a literature review on the medical and dermatology scientific databases to select the most effective active ingredients and their concentration with proven experimental data on the desired effect. We also researched the best synergies of active ingredients to develop high-tech formulations. This allowed us to develop highly targeted products with different features which can be communicated using strong claims from researchers at top organizations.
The final step involved integrating this knowledge within his communication strategy, thus allowing his customers to appreciate the scientific effort behind the brand.
